It's no secret that the Dougherty County School System has had a few bumps in the road.

Over the past year they've faced a number of problems including multiple scandals and financial problems.

But despite all those mishaps Dougherty County School Superintendent Dr. David Mosely says "it's been a long process, but you have to have faith and know things will get better."

Mosely adds, "we expect to see an improved image and an improved operation and I'm confident that they'll deliver and I know that have the right people in the right places."

Mosely predicts that the re-building process could take anywhere from three to five years.
