Jogger suspicion busts up drug deal

Investigators with the Colquitt County Sheriff TMs Office are crediting a jogger for helping them bust a suspected drug dealer.
Last week Joseph French, 27, was taken into custody after police caught him in a drug transaction.
Police found meth, cocaine, prescription pills and a gun in his possession.
Officers say it was the jogger's suspicion that helped bring the drug deal to their attention.
The incident location was in the bike trail so there is a lot of pedestrian traffic there, a lot of jogging and recreation. The deputy was in the area, he flagged the deputy down and informed him of what he considered suspicious activity, said Investigator Shawn Bostick, Colquitt County Sheriff TMs Office.
Joseph French has ten felony counts against him.
