Italian surgeons learn at Palmyra

Palmyra Medical Center is embarking on a new international venture with European surgeons to teach them a non-invasive procedure for acid reflux.
Two surgeons from Italy are learning how to perform the surgery with high tech equipment and miniature cameras through the patient's mouth instead of traditional techniques that cut the skin and would cause scarring.
Palmyra is currently in the planning stages to expand the surgical learning exchange program to other countries.
