Increased air traffic during training at Moody
Air military training will be taking place on Moody Air Force Base October 28th and 29th.
The 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment stationed at Fort Campbell, KY., along with flying units from Moody AFB, will conduct a flight training exercise to maintain proficiency of pilots and air crews.
Local community members should expect periods of increased air traffic, including helicopters and airplanes, low-flying aircraft, and increased aircraft noise.
The soldiers of the 160th S.O.A.R. have been continuously deployed for overseas operations in multiple locations for more than 11 years.
