Jewels and cash in one Moultrie home went missing and it's the victims longtime friend who's being blamed.
38-year-old Michelle McKinney is charged with two counts of theft by taking, financial transaction fraud and financial card fraud.
Moultrie police say the woman allegedly took bank cards from a couple that she was staying with.
She would then debit cash and return the card as if nothing happened.
The suspect is also accused of stealing and pawning the victim's two diamond rings worth $4,000 and an iPod.
McKinney is facing both felony and misdemeanor charges.
