Congratulations to all of the graduates that walked across the stage Friday from Turner Job Corps.

Friday was National Job Corps Commencement Day, which means 125 job corps centers across the nation had graduations all at the same time.

Students stay with the program for about at least one to two years.

They earn high school diplomas, GED's, and/or their trade certifications.

Calandra Jefferson, with Turner Job Corps says, "we're here to celebrate their success as we spend years, maybe about two years working on their progress to become employed so today is a columniation of their hard work and we're here just to celebrate them."

95 students walked across the stage today entering the next phase of their life.
