Hello Dolly,......well, hello, Dolly
It's so nice to have you back where you belong
Tropical storm Dolly the fourth named storm of 2014 forms about a week later than we normally see the fourth named storm of the season.
It has been a slow start this year and on average we the fourth named storm around August 23rd, Dolly was fashionably late.
Tropical Storm Dolly formed early on Tuesday a few hundred miles south of Texas in the Bay of Campeche.
Dolly is not expected to strengthen into a hurricane but is expected to make landfall in Mexico early Wednesday.
Heavy rain from this storm could create dangerous flash floods and mudslides in the mountainous terrain in Mexico.
Water temperatures in the Western Gulf of Mexico are around 86 and have helped to spawn, this, the fourth named storm of the 2014 Atlantic Hurricane season.
Next up on this year's list is Edouard.
