Police arrested Jeffrey Reeves, 28, on Jan. 3 after being spotted by a Uniform Captain at the Verizon store on Westover Boulevard.

The Albany Police Department says the captain noticed Reeves' tattoos and called for assistance.

In December, warrants for Burglary and Entering Auto were issued against Reeves; he was wanted on those charges.

After his arrest on Jan. 3, an extensive investigation was conducted where detectives reviewed several of their reports that later linked Reeves to four additional burglaries, including break-ins that occurred at the Hasan Temple, WJYZ, two at the Englewood Health Care Center and Albany Pulmonary and Critical Care Associates. Additional warrants for Burglary are pending.

APD says Reeves' girlfriend, Elizabeth Wragge, 27, was charged with Felony Theft by Taking and Felony Hindering Apprehension.
