It happened at 1625 Pineview Avenue around three in the morning Saturday.

29-year-old Anderson Williams has been arrested in the case.

A witness told police Williams was walking around the neighborhood looking for a fight.

While the officer was there, he spotted Williams walking down the street.

Williams then started walking towards the officer and fired another shot.

Williams disappeared again, but officers found him under a Ford Explorer and took him into custody and charged him with five counts of aggravated assault.
