      Get up and get moving

If you're considered a baby boomer, it's time to really think about your current stage of health and your future.

This was the message Saturday from one of the speakers at the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church annual Woman's Day Convocation.

Physicians from around the area addressed a packed crowd of women educating them on ways to keep healthy.

Physician and guest speaker Devell Young says getting up and moving is key to a longer, healthier life.

Young says, "they can go to the mall, you can go walking you can even do stair steps in your house so the most important thing to do is exercise and we have to be able to get back to that."

Two other doctors from the area were also guest speakers.
