A court hearing for a major military food supplier charged in Georgia with inflating prices and defrauding the U.S. government has been delayed.
The first appearance hearing scheduled Friday for Kuwaiti logistics firm Public Warehousing Co. was delayed after the company requested more time. The hearing has already been delayed at least three times.
The company, also known as Agility, is the military's prime food supplier in Kuwait, Iraq and Jordan.
It is charged with making false statements, submitting false claims and committing wire fraud.
The company has said the allegations are "without merit."
