The Georgia Chamber of Commerce expressed gratitude to the General Assembly for the progress on Common Core State Standards of the 2014 legislative sessions in Georgia schools.
Georgia began enhancing standards in 2010 and developed more rigorous standards since then including problem solving and critical thinking to emphasis college and career readiness.

We also look forward to continuing to work with all of our state TMs leaders, educators and parents to make positive progress with regard to educational improvement overall.
