Fowler stresses importance of wildlife park education
Albany native Jim Fowler visited his home Monday afternoon to speak to the public about a wildlife, a topic he's very familiar with.
Once a television host of "Wild Kingdom," Fowler now says he is focusing his efforts on becoming a spokesman for wildlife.
Fowler expressed the need for wildlife parks that reconnect families and children with the natural world and says these parks must create a mission and communicate the need for wildlife with the public.
He believes those who come to wildlife parks should be educated on why these animals are here and why they're necessary for our world so the public can understand their importance.
