Four teens captured for stealing Pepsi products
The Dougherty County Sheriff's Office held a press conference Thursday morning about recent break-in's to the Buffalo Rock plant in Albany.
They captured four teenagers, one considered a minor, for stealing Pepsi products from the plant. 17-year-old Chanda Howard and 17-year-old Laquesha Barber were both charged with criminal trespass and theft by taking misdemeanor. 17-year-old De'Eric Adams was charged with criminal trespass, he didn't have products in possession. The 14-year-old minor was charged with criminal trespass and theft by taking misdemeanor and released to his mother after being confirmed.
Captain Craig Dodd told FOX 31 the sheriff's office was providing the plant with extra security after complaints of break-in's. Dodd said the company is taking a loss for the stolen products but more than that, they're suffering a lot of damage to their property.
