Four nabbed in Tifton drug bust
Officials with the Mid-South Narcotics Task Force and Tift County Sheriff's Office have made four arrests after citizen tips led to information about the sales of illegal drugs.
During the investigation, police officials say that undercover agents were able to go to the residence and purchase marijuana and powdered MDMA. MDMA also goes under the names of ecstasy or molly.
Also during the investigation on one occasion, undercover agents say they were able to purchase a stolen pistol from one of the suspects in the residence.
After the undercover investigation was completed a search warrant for the residence was obtained and served. During the search of the residence agents and deputies seized approximately 117 grams of suspected powdered MDMA which some of the powder had been placed in capsules for distribution, 31 grams of suspected marijuana, two pistols and the paraphernalia used to seal the MDMA into capsules.
29-year-old Ivan Roshaun White and 36-year-old Kelvin Antonio Greene, both of Tifton, have been charged with trafficking MDMA, sale of MDMA and possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.
26-year-old Rashad Mycal Henderson of Tifton has been charged with trafficking MDMA, sale of marijuana and possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.
22-year-old Rodrigizes Ladonita Williams of Tifton has been charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
