      Four arrested for drugs in Warwick

      The Warwick Police Department have arrested four people over the weekend for drugs.

      Saturday morning, Officer Fennell stopped a vehicle travelling south on Highway 300 for a suspended tag.

      The vehicle was searched and 14 grams of marijuana were found stuffed in a paper towel roll in the backseat. The driver, 19-year-old Lawrence Broomfield and passenger 21-year-old Ladarius Williams were arrested on drug-related charges.

      Sunday afternoon, Officer Fennell stopped a vehicle for window tint and called in Assistant Chief Miller and the K-9 Unit for a vehicle search.

      A e-cigarette with liquid PHC, a Schedule I Narcotic, was found, along with 8 grams of marijuana and blunt spray.

      The driver, 24-year-old Gregory Flowers Jr. and passenger, 24-year-old Ja'Baree Allen, were arrested on drug-related charges and brought to the Crisp County Jail.
