The farmers market is back in Albany. Dozens of people came out today for the first of a series of Saturday markets.
Some farmers came from as far away as Lowndes County to sell their products.
The person gets a first hand up close look as to what they are getting. When they go into the store, it's all show. But they really get to see what they are getting when they come to an open market like this and I think they really appreciate it, said Worth County Farmer Samuel Lee.
The farmers market is scheduled to be open every Saturday in downtown Albany until November 12.
