The detective followed the vehicle and the vehicle eventually stopped in the area of 5th Avenue and Harding Street. Culbreth quickly exited the vehicle and fled the area on foot. The vehicle also fled the area. Moments later, Culbreth was located in the area of Cleveland Avenue and 2nd Avenue by members of the Albany-Dougherty Drug Unit and was taken into custody by Dougherty County Police.
