Downtown Albany now has a familiar face as their new Downtown Manager.

Albany City Manager Sharon Subadan announced Tuesday afternoon via press release that Latoya Cutts has been hired to the position.

Cutts served as the Director of the City of Albany's Department of Community and Economic Development from 2008 through 2013 and has worked for the State of Georgia as both a Regional Project Manager and a Business Consultant for Small Business Development.

Latoya is a native of Americus and has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia Southwestern State University and a Master of Science in Management from Troy State University.
