Dougherty County School System teachers graduate

Leadership Academy graduation, Dougherty County School system / Franklin White

On Thursday, eighteen aspiring leaders graduated from The Dougherty County School System's Leadership Academy.

The Academy is a nine-month program which teaches employees the correct and proper way to be leaders in the school system.

It's mandatory that teachers who aspire to be assistant principals go through the Academy.

This is the Leadership Academy's second year.

So far a total of forty-six employees have gone through the program.
