Minor setbacks won't set Dougherty County school construction crews off track.
The building and grounds committee went over a change order in Tuesday's meeting.
Crews ran into plumbing issues while working on phase two of upgrades to Dougherty High School.
The change order is for $18,000.
Typically when a contractor request for additional funds for a change order proposal, they ask for days but none of these were an issue enough to ask for anything. So, no they won't delay the schedule at all, said Tony Reese, DCSS Construction Manager.
The issues weren't visible until part of the building was demolished.
