      Deported illegal alien gets caught by Albany police

      "I can say that we are certainly excited about capturing him, being that he was an individual that was trafficking significant numbers of firearms here in the states" said Prurince Dice of the Albany Gang Unit.

      The Albany Police Department arrested an illegal alien Thursday for trafficking of firearms and marijuana.

      Winston Jones, an illegal alien from Jamaica was arrested Thursday at his apartment in Albany. Jones was charged with trafficking of firearms and marijuana along with his female companion assumed to be his girlfriend. Jones had been deported from the United States once before, and will once again go through the process in the coming days.

      "I can say that we are certainly excited about capturing him, being that he was an individual that was trafficking significant numbers of firearms here in the states" said Prurince Dice of the Albany Gang Unit.

      Dice went on to state that multiple agencies were involved in this case, and that they had been tracking this individual for many months. Jones will be charged here in the United States for his crimes, and deported back to Jamaica shortly after.
