The free twelve-week class meets weekly to learn about a variety of topics and includes a chance to ride along with an officer on duty. The classes meet every Tuesday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and run until June 4th.

If you're interested in signing up, you can go to the city's website and pre-register by downloading an application or you can visit the APD office on Washington Street from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday for an application.
