Not only is it tax season, it's also FAFSA season for college students which means more paperwork.
Darton College is offering help for its students though. Their financial aid office is hosting "FAFSA Friday" to give one-on-one assistance to Darton College students when they fill out their FAFSA forms.
"FAFSA Fridays is a time for our currently enrolled students to come by and get a little help filling out some of the paperwork that may be very difficult to understand or maybe have time to do," says Tracy Goode, Dean of Public Relations at Darton College.
Darton students need to bring a social security card, driver's license, their 2011 tax return form and, if a dependent, their parent's 2011 tax return form.
FAFSA Friday will be offered for Darton College students through April on Fridays from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. They say no appointments are necessary.
The FAFSA deadline for all college students is May 1st.
