Darton State College began a two-day workshop on Monday educating State House of the Assembly Members from Nigeria.
The workshop will teach the members how state government administration and legislative processes work by offering presentations by speakers, handouts, discussions and more.
The college teamed up with the International Development Resource Organization Inc. to offer the workshop.
Dr. Charles O. Ochie of IDRO says the representatives are excited to be here and hope to walk away with the knowledge that will allow them to run an effective state assembly and understand how the different processes work.
