Coyote Manufacturing bringing 100 jobs to Berrien

Coyote Manufacturing in Berrien County will host their ribbon cutting ceremony May 1 and is bringing 100 jobs to the area.

"The Berrien County Development Authority is excited to have Coyote Manufacturing, a locally owned industry, as a tenant in one of our buildings," said Paul Hamilton, Chairman, Berrien County Development Authority.

Coyote Manufacturing specializes in aluminum and steel boat trailers, boat arches, towers and leaning posts.

Coyote was launched in October 2013 and is currently in the hiring process, with a full staff expected to be around 100 and production of 80 trailers a week.

"We are excited about this new venture, and the impact it is having on our community" said David Money, CEO, Coyote Manufacturing.

"Berrien County has been in the boat business for decades," said Tony Lanier, CFO, Coyote Manufacturing. "It was just a natural fit for us to launch this business in our hometown and Chaparral's back yard."
