Court reverses Big Daddy's Alcohol ruling
A judge has reversed the ruling by the city of Albany to deny Gilbert Udoto an Alcohol license for his business.
Big Daddy's was stripped of its alcohol selling privileges earlier in the year.
The owner of the nightclub says he wasn't given due process in having his alcohol license denied.
The bar was the only one to lose its license after a series of hearings involving several local Albany nightclubs.Now that he has the go ahead to renew his alcohol license, Gilbert Udoto says he is working to put his people back to work.
"My employees have done without jobs and hopefully they can come back and work. In Albany we just need to work together to provide recreation for the city," said Gilbert Udoto, Albany Businessman.
Udoto says he hopes to have his business back open soon.
