Cotton hauler beats co-worker with wrench
A Mississippi man was arrested in Colquitt County after he attacked his co-worker with a wrench, according to the Moultrie Observer.
Officials say Curtiss Mahone had worked with Geanie Lee Shelton hauling cotton for years.
On Friday, police say Mahone allegedly asked Shelton to come check something out by his truck before he began reportedly hitting him over the head with a wrench for no apparent reason.
Mahone is charged with aggravated assault, and officials are working to figure out why he attacked his co-worker.
