Cordele woman arrested for computer theft charges
A 26-year-old Cordele woman has been arrested after she allegedly stole $23,000 from her employer.
According to the Crisp County Sheriff's Office, Kimberly Ann Smith is facing 32 counts of computer after being suspected of taking the funds from Ingo Money Inc.
Company employees caught and anomaly and alert police to the missing funds on Thursday. Investigators say Smith may have converted funds to her personal use and completed these transactions during her employment.
