Original Story:
A sexual predator is on the loose and Colquitt County Sheriff's officials are asking for the public's help to find the suspect.

Officials have released a composite of a man they believe attacked a Moultrie woman.

Back in August of 2011, a 20-year-old woman was taking a late night stroll alongside a highway when a black male in his mid 40's made a stop.

"From my understanding, the individual asked her if she wanted a ride," said Colquitt County Sheriff's Investigator Shannon Hart.

Investigator Hart says they haven't pieced together whether or not the woman was forced into the vehicle, but they do know she was taken to another location where a sexual assault occurred.

Although it's been six months since the incident happened, officials haven't given up on finding the suspect.

He was last seen driving a maroon colored, newer model pickup truck with an extended cab.

The suspect wanted for questioning is described as a black male in his mid 40s, medium build, with chin hair that is not a full beard. He is also said to have acne and a salt and pepper afro.

Officials say they don't know whether or not this is the offender's first attack....but they would like to get him off the streets.

Anyone with information on the suspect is asked to call the Colquitt County Sheriff's Department at (229) 616-7430.
