Maceo Kenya Hayes made it easy on authorities Friday, as he turned himself in to the Dougherty County Jail. Hayes reportedly led police on a chase, after they attempted to execute a search warrant at his 311 West Roosevelt Alley home. After driving through the streets of downtown Albany, agents called off the chase after it was apparent that Hayes' driving had become too erratic to follow. Hayes is charged with driving while having a suspended license, speeding, three violations of signs and markers, reckless driving, fleeing, attempting to elude and 7 stop sign violations.
