Charlie B's parking lot fight leaves man in hospital

An early morning fight at Charlie B's put one man in the hospital and four men being looked for by the Albany police.

Investigators say that 31-year-old Jaylon Edwards' family reported that he was taken to the hospital after complaining of head pains on June 23rd. They later learned that he had been in an altercation that took place in the Charlie B's parking lot on Dawson Road earlier in the morning at 3:00 AM. Edwards sustained a head injury as a result of the altercation and is still in the hospital with an unknown condition at this time.

Albany police say that on Tuesday evening, Shawn Penney, Jeremy Baer, and Steven Hatcher, who were all individuals of interest in the fight that occurred, came to the Law Enforcement Center to discuss the incident with detectives after seeing their faces on the news. They were joined by a fourth person, Sean Marney. After the interviews, detectives determined that Sean Marney actively engaged in the fight and was arrested for aggravated assault and aggravated battery. Warrants have been issued against William Cameron Sizemore for his involvement as well.
