Charges upgraded for fatal shooting suspect
Charges have now been upgraded for man suspected in a 2010 fatal shooting.
20-year-old Demetreus D'Angelo Lee was indicted for malice murder, felony murder and armed robbery in the death of Lamar Thomas.
Officers say that a Superior Court bench warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Lee, who was 17 when the shooting occurred, was originally charged with robbery in connection to the case where Lamar Thomas was shot at a home on Gilliard Street in December of 2010.
Demetreus Lee was the fourth individual arrested in the case.
