Chamber officials prepare for Chick-fil-A Leadercast
On May 10th, Albany will be one of 400 cities throughout the nation to take part of the Chick-fil-A Leadercast, a telecast conference that provides leadership development techniques and officials say there's still time to reserve a seat.
The all-day program consists of messages of personal and professional growth and inspiration from some big names in the business world that officials say they hope will inspire others.
"They're still fitted to their particular niche within the business community with their own motivational topics. It's just an opportunity for people to hear from these types of people that they don't get to hear from and on topics that they don't normally hear from," said Albany Area Chamber of Commerce president Chris Hardy.
Almost half of the 200 tickets have been sold for the event that will take place at Darton College but officials say there's still time to purchase one for the $89 fee by going to www.albanyga.com and clicking 'register here.'
