A grand jury has indicted a woman suspected of taking more than $7,500 from her elderly patient.
Patricia Glenn, who was a homecare nurse, is believed to have stolen her patient's debit card to withdraw cash.
The suspect was caught on video taking cash from a Harvey's ATM on Sylvester Road.
Police say on average she would take $2 to 300 dollars out at a time several times a day.
The 86-year-old victim reported the case when she discovered over 31 charges on her card.
Glenn is facing charges for elder abuse and financial transaction card fraud.
