Dougherty County officials are trying to figure out how they will proceed with charges after a doctor was arrested in Florida.
Robert Sperrazza was arrested in Panama City on Monday. He's accused of operating an unregistered pain clinic.
Sperrazza was also busted last year in Dougherty County and faces 35 drug related offenses.
"In the long haul we want to see how expansive the charges will be from Florida to decide if they have a greater level of offense then perhaps Georgia does and then we will weigh what or next steps will be in relation to all of that," said Dougherty County District Attorney Greg Edwards.
Sperrazza has been released on $40-thousand bond. He had a court proceeding for his case in Dougherty County scheduled in August.
