For several months Dougherty County School System officials have been narrowing down a list of architects for various school projects.
Last night the board was set to vote on the final two architects from an already narrowed down list, but the vote was sent back to the building and grounds committee.
DCSS Finance Director, Kenneth Dyer, told FOX 31, "The selection committee actually made the recommendation and in the past the selection committee, the building and grounds committee members sat on the selection committee. This year two of the building and grounds committee members chose not to participate on the selection committee, they had representatives instead."
The building and grounds committee will vote at a meeting tomorrow morning and that vote will then be sent back to the full board to be approved at a meeting later this month.
