Kids at Turner Elementary were treated to a free dental exam on Saturday, teaching them the best ways to keep those bones in their jaw sparkling for years to come.
Dr. Annie Howard performed the exams and says this is the time that is most vital for dental health.
"It begins now when they're young, teaching them how to floss, how to brush, when to brush, how often they should brush, all of these affect our dental health," said Dr. Howard.
Each kid in attendance was given a dental hygiene kit and sent home with the hope they'll be brushing twice a day, everyday.
