      "Big Fifty" gets thirty years for cocaine

      According to US Attorney for the MIddle District of Georgia Michael Moore, testimony at trial revealed that Taylor was involved in a large-scale cocaine and crack cocaine distribution organization responsible for the distribution of over 750 kilograms of cocaine. / MGN Online

      38-year-old Bobby Charles Taylor, aka "Big Fifty", was sentenced to 30 years in prison after being convicted in September 2013 for one count of conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute cocaine and cocaine base.

      According to US Attorney for the MIddle District of Georgia Michael Moore, testimony at trial revealed that Taylor was involved in a large-scale cocaine and crack cocaine distribution organization responsible for the distribution of over 750 kilograms of cocaine.

      Moore says that "this brings to an end the criminal career of a major drug distributor in Southwest Georgia. There is no parole for those convicted and sentenced in the federal courts, so it will be three decades becore Taylor will have the opportunity to ply his trade again."
