AT&T makes investment in Albany State University
AT&T presented a $1,500 check to Albany State University Monday morning which will go towards student scholarships and student retention programs.
Courtney Brinson, the regional director of external affairs for AT&T told FOX 31 this isn't a donation, it's an investment. He believes strongly in ASU's student retention programs.
In the release Clifford Porter, Jr., ASU's vice president for institutional advancement, said, "As an institution of higher learning we rely on businesses, alumni and the community to sustain our programs and we are very appreciative of AT&T's continued support."
