Armed robbery suspects caught grabbing a bite to eat

Albany police say that while in the 600 block of Cherry Avenue Thursday morning, an unknown black male opened the car door of 28-year-old Kevius Hall and then robbed him at gunpoint, taking money, cigarettes and his cell phone were taken.
Hall told officers that they were in a black Charger with black rims. APD then issued a lookout for the vehicle.
Police say that a sheriff's deputy, who was on his lunch break, spotted the vehicle in the drive-thru of Krystal's on North Slappey.
The deputy kept on eye on the car and contacted Albany police who picked up the suspects who were then transported to the LEC and turned over to investigations.
42-year-old Leroy Percy Brown, has been charged with armed robbery, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
34-year-old Brandi Robertson, from Panama City, Florida, has been charged with armed robbery and possession of firearm during the commission of a crime.
28-year-old Joe Marshall, also from Panama City, Florida, has been charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, obstruction of an officer, and giving a false name.
During the investigation of the armed robbery, Detective Schemika Foster discovered that Marshall had been banned from Albany, Georgia and was currently wanted on an active probation violation warrant.
