APD looking for hit and run suspect

The Albany Police Department says that Gary Potter was arrested at the Albany Auto Auction in the 1400 block of Silica Drive.
Potter has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault and aggravated battery.
The Albany Police Department responded to a hit and run incident around midnight on Friday.
Upon arrival it was revealed that after an argument inside Coach's Bar and Grill, two people were intentionally struck outside of the bar by a white vehicle, driven by a suspect who left the scene.
Police say both victims, 27-year-old Jessica Paris and 59-year-old Tony Harrell were transported to Phoebe Main for their injuries.
Harrell was discharged but Paris is still being reated at the hospital for injuries including broken ribs and a punctured lung.
APD told FOX 31 Gary Potter is the suspect but no contact has been made with him at this time. He is wanted for two counts aggravated assault.
He was last seen driving a white Chevy Malibu, but law enforcement has not identified the tags on that vehicle.
