Another DCSS teacher suspended
For the second straight day, a Dougherty County School System teacher has been suspended without pay.
Albany Early College instructor, Robert Copeland was suspended Wednesday after he was charged with not following instructions, false grade reporting, dishonestly, and inflation of grading scores.
Interim Superintendent, Dr. David Mosely reports that Copeland has been suspended for the remainder of the school year, and has also resigned after the announcement was released.
Dr. Mosely says the system will not tolerate these actions, and will continue to enforce penalties as these situations arise.
