Albany woman arrested for identity theft and fraud

According to the Tifton Gazette , an Albany resident was arrested for identity theft and fraud.

40-year-old, Diana Konava McClendon, was arrested after the Tift County Sheriff's Office says Investigator Adam Tanner was made aware of the recovery of several social security cards, identification cards and EBT cards under McClendon's possession.

McClendon did not have permission to use the two social security cards in her possession.

Tanner charged McClendon with identity fraud and theft. She has been released on a $4,000 bond.
