Albany police looking for Family Dollar attempted robbery suspect

Albany police need your help finding the suspect in the attempted robbery of Family Dollar on South Slappey Wednesday night.

Officers say that on November 28th, a clerk at the South Slappey Family Dollar said that a black male walked into the store and demanded money. The clerk added that his put his hand in his coat pocket to make it appear as if he had a gun.

The suspect fled the store without any money when another customer entered the store.

The suspect is described as a black male in his early 30s, around 5'10" and 175 pounds and clean shaven.
