Albany police found a body outside a vacant house in south Albany and they TMre now investigating the case as a murder.
Police say the body of 50-year-old Vincent Grant was found outside a home in the 500 block of Cotton Avenue Sunday morning. Grant had a laceration on his head, but no blood was visible on the scene. Police say they have to investigate the case as a homicide until they can rule murder out.
The body was released to the coroner who tells us that it is now being treated as a homicide, said Albany Police Department TMs Steve Butler. We don TMt have any further details at this point in time. However, it is under investigation and being treated as a homicide.
