Albany police investigating shooting on South Van Buren
Albany police are on scene at shooting on 1101 South Van Buren that took place shortly after noon Wednesday afternoon.
Officers say that it was reported that 18-year-old Cenqwarn Harris was shot in the left arm.
Albany police say that the suspects are three to four black males between the ages of 15 to 17 years old and driving a black Chevrolet Impala.
Harris told officers that he was riding his bike in the 700 block of Holloway Avenue when he was approached by the suspects in the Impala. Harris says they exchanged words and the front seat passenger fired one shot.
Harris has been transported to the hospital and his current status is unknown at this time.
