Albany man injured by gunfire after opening his door
An Albany man was shot multiple times after answering his door early Monday morning.
Police say that 24-year-old Martin Dollar told them that a man knocked on his door and when he answered, the man asked for a ride. When Dollar refused, the man at the door began firing shots.
Dollar was struck by bullets three times and has been transported to the hospital for treatment. His condition is unknown at this time.
The shooter was described as a black male with a bald head and was last seen wearing an orange polo shirt and blue jeans.
