An Albany man is indicted by a Dougherty County grand jury on 331 counts of forgery.
51-year-old Byron Alday was arrested for forging checks from his employer Message Connections Albany Answering Service. Alday allegedly would take stolen checks and forge the employer signature then deposit those checks into a personal account. Authorities say over $300,000 was taken.
