One Albany Organization is proving that all members of the community deserve a good home â" including those with four legs.
The Flint River Habitat for Humanity held its raffle today for a collection of dog houses.
The canine condos were built and donated by students at Albany Tech and painted by local artists.
"Some folks just wanted a dog house and were not particular," said Ginny Shemery. "And some people wanted a specific paint job so they were allowed to place raffles for the house they're liking."
All proceeds from the raffle will go to benefit local families in need.
